And I agree with him! It's just another re-do of the "Do you know who I am" BS.

Earlier this month, Dickey Broadcasting released 680 The Fan/Atlanta producer/update anchor Chadd Scott, reportedly because Scott had blasted station advertiser Delta Airlines in tweets sent during a frustrating personal flight. Industry consensus: We feel bad for Chadd, but he should have seen it coming.
In the wake of this episode, veteran talk programmer and consultant Gabe Hobbs offers some advice to hosts, producers – heck, anybody who works at the station.
“If a talk show host [had made such jabs at Delta] as a “bit” or as part of his on-air persona then he would have probably gotten away with it -- or at worst been reprimanded. But for a producer/update guy to criticize a station client on a national platform is to invite trouble. The first rule of social networking is: Assume EVERYONE in the U.S. will see what you post. This includes your employer, future employers, friends, family, co-workers, clients, sponsors, etc. THEN decide if this is something that makes sense to post or tweet. Remember, tweeting or posting something on Facebook or even a blog is akin to saying it on a national radio show or on national TV. There may be consequences. It’s always a good idea to wait 24 hours before posting anything that is a result of an emotional reaction.
“Of course, if a personality has a lot of equity the situation may be different. For example, just 10 days after [Chad Scott was released] Piers Morgan did essentially the exact same thing over a flight delay. One tweet was ‘And you can all relax at Delta now because the gates of Hades will freezeth over before I darken your pitifully incompetent doors again.’
“Here’s the difference between a star like Piers Morgan and a producer of a local radio station: Delta tweeted back to Morgan saying they were listening and offering assistance. Delta apologized and asked Mr. Morgan for a second chance. Of course Piers Morgan has 470,000 followers and his messages were retweeted 700 times!
