Yee haw, old cowboys come home to roost!

Secret Squirrel checks his chaps and sez:

Heard David Craigs voice on KQQZ, Davie Lee was reading a promo. Heard an advertisement and even a weather forecast. Davie Lee did a voice over, and David Craig was actually announcing the songs coming up. This was over the net, not able to hear it terresterially. Also the University City service city has been changed to De Soto at the top of the hour. Not sure what that means. None of this is private info, just stuff I heard online because there are few decent country stations left.

Love to hear Davie Lee on the air again, net or broadcast.  David and Debbie?  Not so much.  David Craig's a good guy, a decent but not great air talent. I knew Debbie Conner in Memphis when she worked at KMPS and gave shelter to my old friend Dave Donahue, and later when I worked with her here, briefly, at WIL.

Let's just say that WIL PD Ray Massie wanted to work with Debbie more than I did or than Ray wanted to work with me ... I moved on to John King's KIX104 to work with Frank O. Pinion.
