Want ribs, too hot to cook outside ...

Here's a way around it.

1.  Rub the meat with a tasty rub.
2.  Completely enclose and seal in aluminum foil.
3.  Bake at 240* in your oven for four and half hours.
4.  Open foil and slather with favorite bbq sauce.
5.  Continue in oven for less than 30 minutes at 350*.

Trust me. Get the cole slaw and potato salad ready.
