The Sound, of course, is CC's female oriented re-do of the freq.  And they have been looking for an AM Drive Personality with these qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year on-air experience.
• Track record of producing ratings in target demographic of Persons 18-34. History of #1 rank Persons 18-34 in daypart strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations.
• Valid driver license and safe driving record.
• Ability to receive, process, and deliver information through oral and written communication.

I especially like that "one year on the air" part with the "history of #1 18-34" part.  You find that very often in radio babies...
