Bill Ballance

Ballance was a Los Angeles Top 40 wunderkind who manuevered his way into talk radio with a syndicated show dedicated to the ladies.  It was called Femme Forum and was syndicated via the bicycling of show tapes in the early 1970's. 

Bill Ballance died in 2004.
