Premiere Radio Networks’ Coast-To-Coast AM host George Noory was on the road broadcasting his nightly show from St. Louis this week when ferocious storms knocked out power to his remote broadcast studio. “Fortunately Premiere’s engineers had installed backup generators so we were able to stay on the air live for all four hours without missing a beat,” said Noory (pictured). To conserve power — and perhaps to enhance the studio atmosphere at the late night show that focuses on all things unexplained — Noory had to shut off all the lights and do his show using only a flashlight. “I love St. Louis,” said Noory who was a local talker in the Gateway City before moving to SoCal to takeover as the host of Coast-To-Coast.” But, I can’t wait to get back to Los Angeles.”
