In a month-old document received confidentially Monday by STLMedia, industry advisors BIA/Kelsey have officially valued KTRS at just one-third of its original purchase price...about $3.5million. That number apparently includes the transmitter site in Illinois as part of the assets. Click on the image below to see it full size.
