The NetFlix service to which I subscribe recently changed terms and when they did, they wound up giving me a second account. Took me a bit to make it right but once I figured the error they paid me back. I called them to get it fixed and they took care of biz.
Took me exactly one minute, by phone, with one of their helper buddys. And now it all works okey-dokey.
They sent me email telling me about my refund for their bad and how to handle any issue I might have with my Roku service piggybacked on NetFlix.
They know how to handle financial issues. My LCD TV's know how to look at NetFlix videos.
