Today is Frank Absher's birthday!

I believe he's in his late 70's.

Frank is a long-time radio newsman, the Official Historian of Shirley Jean STLMedia (Statler Brothers joke) and one of the miscreants involved here at STLMedia and the associated Message Board as an editor and a regular columnist. He writes radio history columns and stories for the STL Journalism Review and other pubs and websites, too.  Frank is also my friend, and for that I am grateful.
