Emmis' Joe Rusch running for State Representative ...

Joe, whom I've known since the old KIX104 days, is a stand-up guy.  Ethical, moral, and very tall.  And smart. He's making himself a candidate for the State Representative’s seat in the 108th District, City of St. Louis, which, I believe, is where my son, Jason lives.
