Brand loyalty index winners ...

Brand Keys Inc. annually surveys consumers (50% women, 50% men, all aged 18-65) regarding 518 brands in 71 product categories. The annual winners are those brands best able to engage consumers and create loyal customers.  Here's a chart of the most recent results (click on the chart to see it full size):
It's interesting to note that in any category in which I have a consumer interest, my choice is either in first or second place.  I guess that means that I am either a "dedicated follower of fashion" or, more likely, since this survey projects forward, I'm one of those who sets standards that others follow.  So there!
