Third party entries on Facebook annoy me ...

... and Secret Squirrel, too:

101.1 PD Jason Barrett posted the following on hs Facebook page late last week:

Jason Barrett is feeling great after receiving awesome news about the progress of the radio station. It's a pleasure to work for a great company with great people and achieve the results we all set out to accomplish. I couldn't be more proud of my team. This certainly is a lot more enjoyable than working for Little League Broadcasting.

And blah, blah, blah, etcetera, etcetera and etcetera.  Let's face it.  Barrett is the luckiest boy in the world. He's got a kajillion watt FM that gives him coverage from all the way there (pointing right) to all the way over there (pointing left), with ESPN affiliation and hardly any local talent to deal with.

God forbid he'd ever be lucky enough to have to deal with J.C. Corcoran or Frank O. Pinion as morning talent!

Young Jason's blessed with enormously skilled web and production talent at his beck and call and a GM whose biggest responsibility is to make sure that the private bathroom and conference areas for the SLC bigwigs are kept up to corporate standards (I've been in both, and, yes, they're spectacular!).

Holy cats!  With that kind of backup Helen Keller could bring home a ten share!

And points off the guy's resume for using the word "awesome" when referring to ratings.
