A couple years ago, retired 25-year Illinois State Police vet Mark Owensby and his business partner Tom Stiles took the first steps toward developing a world-class indoor shooting range for regional enthusiasts and law enforcement training. Their hard work and dedication to overcoming the various legal hurdles involved opened doors for business as Rampart Range Inc. less than a month ago in Pocohantas IL.
