Kevin's mom, Joyce Welsh, passed away at 8:30pm Sunday, July 26th at age 83.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 30th: Family, 3 - 4pm; Friends, 4 - 7pm; Services at 7PM, all at Targhetta & Wooldridge Funeral Home, 565 W Railroad St., Shipman, IL.
Graveside services for family Friday, July 31st 10am at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Springfield, IL
