The Pledge of Allegiance, V2.0 ...

Hope all is well, and you and Tasha are staying cool. I read the post a couple weeks ago about the Pledge, and then something happened last week that made me think of you. My six-year-old goes to a ‘camp’ at his old preschool here for a couple of weeks in the summer, so he rides to work with me. Out of nowhere, as we were driving to work, he started reciting the pledge, and at the end he said “....with liberty and justice for all. Please be seated for announcements.” Very cute. He didn't realize that the last 5 words weren’t really part of the pledge.
