Owning the elevator ... the hack!

If you have reason to use an elevator, this might be of some interest to you. I hate waiting to go from floor to floor, especially when there's some little kid who managed to push all the buttons. 

I'm told that, unless the operation has been turned off in the system, it works in every elevator system worldwide and has been set up to enable police to get to an emergency situation quickly.

Real easy to make yourself the Express Vertical Traveler (and PO everyone else onboard):  press the floor that you want to go to and the Door Close button at the same time. 

Once the door closes, you're off to your destination and no one else's.  The car goes right to your floor, ignoring all other entries.  And disables them, too. Heh.
