Do it in a slow cooker: 2 pound pork roast, seasoned (I use Tony Chachere's) and a cup of water. Cook on HIGH/LOW for 5 or 6 hours (presuming you have an auto temp cooker). Drain the roast and shred when done and serve on hamburger rolls topped with barbecue sauce and/or cole slaw. It'll cost ya about $12 and feeds four for a meal, plus a lunch or two. Taters and veggies are extra.
