Tim Hastey has been promoted to Local Sales Manager for KPLR 11, announced by Kurt Krueger, Vice President / Director of Sales KTVI FOX 2 & KPLR 11. His appointment is effective immediately.
Hastey joined KPLR 11 Sales in January 2010 from KTRS Radio in St. Louis, where he was an account executive. Prior to that, he held a sales position at Charter Media and a national account representative post at KFNS Radio.
In making the announcement, Krueger stated, “Tim’s enthusiasm, desire to win and knowledge of the St. Louis advertising community make him the perfect leader for the KPLR 11 sales team.”
A native of St. Louis and graduate of St. Louis University, Hastey and his wife, Ashley, live in Millstadt, IL and are the proud parents of two boys.
