The show will go on . . . for now. Village Voice staffers have reached a tentative agreement with management, staving off a threatened strike this weekend over salary cuts and declining benefits.

"We have reached a tentative agreement that is going to be presented to the membership for their approval in the morning," Graham A. Rayman, Village Voice staff writer and union spokesperson wrote in a statement early Friday.
