Listened yesterday morning and this overnight to Higgins handling the current weather crises and I'm concerned for his health. The guy has been barely able to get out a sentence without coughing for the past 24 hours. Why is station management putting him on the air sounding like that?
This is not "I need a drink of water" coughing. Mr. Higgins should seek medical attention. KTVI needs to make sure Higgnis is okay.
