Lisa Brown of the STLP-D has the story:

CBS Corp. has won a more than $1 million judgment against St. Louis-based Roberts Broadcasting over a payment dispute for syndication fees.

The CBS suit alleged that Roberts Broadcasting failed to pay licensing fees for airing CBS-syndicated television shows on several Roberts-owned television stations, including local station WRBU-TV (Channel 46).

Looks like the Roberts' Brothers might be having a bake sale.
