There should be no competition ...

... between any toy collection agency and the USMC Toys For Tots program.  Sadly, it looks like Bonneville Broadcasting has chased the title for their own, just to say they had the crown.

I'm glad that Bonneville St. Louis Radio stations 101 ESPN and 92.3 WIL helped with the collection efforts of more than 6,000 toys during the month of December 2010 to benefit the St. Louis Crisis Nursery this holiday season.  But the USMC program has been the premier toy collection agency for decades.

I don't know why someone with any semblance of the order of things would try to interfere with  the established Toys For Tots system.

Why can't the Bonneville stations just be part of the St. Louis Toys For Tots Network, regardlesss of the station's ownership?
