Jingle Bull: At this very moment, Clear Channel's KSD (The Bull)/St. Louis is ringing in the holiday season and a Country Christmas format with Taylor Swift's "Santa Baby." This may be the earliest date a Country station that intends to return to its present format on Dec. 26 has ever gone all-Christmas.
