Who now keeps video archives?

There was a company that I worked with some years back who VT'd all local TV programming and maintained them in a shared national databank.  I don't believe that they're still in business.

But I got a message recently from a reader looking for a seven-year old artifact:

Is there anywhere you know that keeps Today in St Louis shows as far back as 2003? I am desperate to find a copy of something from the last week of September 2003 from that broadcast.
