After ten years, my All-Clad non-stick saute pan died ...

The non-stick just flat wore out.  Got sticky and gobbed up, uncleanable. I loved the pan, would have kept it if it had been stainless through and through.  Oil solves a multitude of problems but not for the old All-Clad non-stick. The newest non-stick is nothing short of miraculous, especially when combined with enamelled cast iron pots and pans.

My first piece of  Le Creuset cookware, an 11 3/4 inch saute pan, arrived Saturday.  It's seriously red and I can't wait to get it hot.  It's expensive, but, well, it's Le Creuset.  What would you like me to cook for you?
