... one of the best of the late 1960's R&B tunes.  Just listen and become a fan. And in Mono, the way God intended it be heard. A cue-burned 45 is a holy thing. Best listened to on a 5kw AM radio station from many miles away, on skywave reception only. Compression turned way up, the horns and the piano all seeking positive peaks, the VU meter standing still at 105%. That's what radio was like. Too bad you'll never hear it that way again.
