New rules, no computers ...

Okay, you have to set up a music radio station from Ground Zero.

You no longer have access to the WWW or computers. That's all gone.

You have to staff a radio station with engaging personalities from your own market, ensure that they have access to prep material and that the music they play is appropriate for the target demo and that they can deliver news that's up to the minute.

You have to create from scratch a sales team that can bring in ad dollars primarily from local businesses and can support the salaries of your employees. And you'll need RF and other engineers.

How do you find qualified employees? Where do you start? What do you do? How do you train them?
