Okay, now I feel officially old ...

It just doesn't seem that long ago that Al Hamm's original Music Of Your Life syndicated format was snidely referred to as Music Of Your Grandfather's Life by radio programmers (including me).  See, they played music from the 1940's and early 1950's.

Now comes word that Donny Osmond will be joining the format as a weekend DJ with a show called 8-Track Playback, set to begin early in 2010.

Yes, THAT Donny Osmond.  The one who was just out of diapers when he first appeared on the Andy Williams Show.

And Donny is 52.  And he just won Dancing With The Stars.  I guess he's also still a little bit rock and roll.
